- By using Volume down button select “Factory Data Reset or wipe data / factory reset option or any other option for reset your phone with different words.

- Now another screen will appear with 1 "yes" and many "NO" options. here select "yes".
- after selecting yes your cell start the process for factory reseting and after completion it will be restart
